The Account Manager is the first point of contact between Entelligence and its prospective clients. They are responsible for making an initial connection through networking and cold calls, and ultimately become the trusted advisor for clients, providing solutions that meet client goals and objectives. The Account Manager is responsible for cold calls, lead generation, and relationship building and will grow the business through client acquisition, identifying highly qualified candidates, and driving solutions that meet client needs. The ideal candidate will have experience in this role ideally in the staffing and professional services space with information technology clients.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain trusted advisor relationships with prospective clients through systemic communication
- Lead the client’s order management and solution fulfillment
- Ensure a fast and streamlined process from order to hire to maintain customer satisfaction
- Manage opportunities and deliver highly qualified professionals for client account
- Oversee and coordinate delivery of professional services solutions
- Develop and execute strategic account plan in coordination with sales methodology
- Identify new opportunities with clients and accounts
- Negotiate and close job offers and work with new hires to ensure their success
- Achieve quarterly goals focused on account growth and gross margin
